Our return policy only applies to defective products. Please choose carefully since there are no returns for changes of heart. Please note that incorrect sizes will be an exchange only.
Final Sale Items are Final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit other than in the event of them being defective.
Exchange request for wrong items or incorrect sizes must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please follow requirements below to receive your request approval.
You can submit a return for defective items within 30 days of receiving your item thanks to our 30-day return policy.
Please ensure that the following requirements are met for your item to be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused.
- The item must have all original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our dedicated customer service team will assist you with the return and provide further instructions.
We will provide you with comprehensive information on where to send your box after your return is approved. Please be aware that we will not accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return.
We will only issue store credits for defective items because we do not offer refunds.
We ask that you get in touch with the carrier if any of the things you received were damaged during transportation, as we are unable to accept responsibility once the goods have been shipped.

Please email returns@kikasport.com.au for extra help if your return was accepted more than 7 business days ago and you still haven't received your Store Credit.
